Equility is a cloud-based automated bank reconciliation and financial review platform built for QuickBooks Online. Accounting firms, bookkeepers, and in-house finance teams connect bank accounts via Plaid (12,000+ financial institutions) or CSV upload. The AutoRec engine matches bank feed transactions against the QuickBooks general ledger, assigns confidence scores to each match, auto-approves matches above a configurable threshold, and routes low-confidence matches to an exceptions queue for human review. Approved entries write back directly to QuickBooks. Additional integrations include Shopify, Amazon, and Stripe, making the platform relevant to e-commerce finance workflows.
