Espo Extensions overview

What is Espo Extensions?

Espo Extensions is a store of add-on extensions for EspoCRM, the open-source CRM, built and maintained by Draper Solutions. Each extension installs into your own EspoCRM through Administration > Extensions (upload the zip). Extensions read your instance's live metadata, so custom entities and custom fields work without extra configuration. Minimum versions run from EspoCRM 8.0 to 9.3 depending on the extension, and all are tested on EspoCRM 10.

Document management: Google Drive Sync and OneDrive & SharePoint Sync keep record files in step with cloud storage; OnlyOffice lets people edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files inside EspoCRM; eSignature sends documents for signature from any record; Docent publishes your Knowledge Base as a public help centre; Attachment Router, Multiple Upload, Download All and Insert Related cut repetitive file and record handling.

Data and relationships: Entity Relay adds roles to many-to-many links, and Mail Match files inbound email against the right records with rules, holding unclear matches for review.

Admin and productivity: EspoAI extracts data from documents and emails with the AI model you choose, and nothing is saved until you approve it; Vantage shows user activity; Primary Filters, Conversion Mapping, Portal Admin and Staff Admin cover everyday admin tasks, and Remove Formatting strips colours from pasted text.

Each extension is a 1 or 2-year subscription priced from $49 to $249 a year, with every new version, updates for new EspoCRM releases and support during the term. When the term ends, the version you have keeps working. The extensions are GPL-licensed, with no licence keys, activation or phone-home, and each first purchase has a 14-day works-as-advertised refund. Prices are listed on every product page.
