What is Eticalert?
EticAlert is a cloud-based whistleblowing and internal reporting platform built for organisations that must comply with Spain's Law 2/2023 and EU Directive 2019/1937. It gives compliance, HR and legal teams a fully operational internal reporting system in about five minutes, with no IT project, no integration work and no per-user licensing.
How it works: you register with a corporate email, run a guided wizard to configure your logo, report categories and the person responsible for the system, and publish the resulting public channel URL on your website or intranet. From that moment employees, suppliers and third parties can file reports, anonymously or identified, from any browser or mobile device.
