EVINAR is a cloud-based digital winery management system that unifies vineyard, harvest, cellar, and work order processes into a single integrated platform. Designed for wineries of all sizes, from family operations digitizing a single process area to large cooperatives requiring advanced traceability, multi-user support, and ERP connectivity, EVINAR covers the full production cycle from vineyard block and grape reception through cellar operations to the final product. The platform comprises four core modules. Cellar Management handles vessel and content records, content flows and traceability, chemical analyses across 30+ parameters, oenological additives, IoT sensor monitoring and alerts, work orders, and ERP integration. Harvest Management covers supplier and vineyard registers, purchase notifications, harvest planning, grape reception, weighing and sugar measurement, purchase certificates, yield declarations, harvest settlements and payments, and harvest analytics. Vineyard Management provides vineyard and block records, interactive maps with satellite data including vegetation indices and GIS layers, soil, grape, and vine analyses, weather station and sensor data, input usage and spraying records, and pivot-table analytics. The Work Orders module supports task assignment, calendar views, and cross-linking of tasks across vineyard, harvest, and cellar operations. Hardware integrations include laboratory instruments such as WineScan, scales, refractometers, IoT and temperature sensors, RFID and NFC cards, pumps, and screens, with ERP and accounting system connectivity via API.
