Fibady overview

What is Fibady?

Fibady is FP&A software for companies with several legal entities. It is not an ERP and does not do bookkeeping: it takes the data already in your accounting system and turns it into consolidated reporting, planning and analysis.

Core functions:

- Multi-entity consolidation from the ERP, with per-entity view, consolidation adjustments and three currencies (accounting, reporting and display).

- The four financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, indirect and direct cash flow) with unlimited levels, drill-down to the journal entry and Excel export with live formulas.

- Control Centre with monthly reconciliation checks and a tolerance you set.

- Treasury: direct cash flow down to daily detail, cascading classification rules and a financing pool.

- Budgets by entity and area, with sign-off and per-line variance.

- Forecasts and rolling forecast by rules, with a "why this number?" on every cell.

- Invoicing and commercial analysis: aging, collection forecast, customer concentration and sales commissions.

- Around 68 built-in financial ratios, custom metrics and shareable dashboards.

- AI agent that answers questions on your real numbers and operates the platform under the permissions you give it, with exportable executive reports.

Integrations: live API connectors to ERPs such as Odoo, Holded, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Tango, SOS Contador and EternumPRO; Google Sheets for custom metrics; CSV import with automatic, AI-assisted column mapping for other systems; connector for ChatGPT and Claude.

Security and access: custom roles with 81 granular permissions, a "view as" mode to check what each person sees, and AI actions limited to the user's permissions, with confirmation before deleting anything.

Specs: cloud / SaaS, web-based, interface in 11 languages, 17 accounting frameworks (Spanish PGC, IFRS, US GAAP and more).
