Fitro overview
What is Fitro?
Fitro is booking and studio management software for yoga, pilates and fitness studios, dance schools, martial arts clubs and other businesses that run group or 1:1 classes. It replaces spreadsheets, booking by message and paper pass cards with one system that clients and staff both use.
For clients, every studio gets its own booking page and app on the phone. Clients see the schedule, book or cancel a class in seconds, join the waitlist, buy passes and memberships online (BLIK, card or bank transfer through Tpay) and check how many entries they have left. Reminders go out by email 24 hours before class, and SMS reminders can be switched on.
For the studio team, the web dashboard shows the whole week on one screen: classes by room and instructor, capacity, recurring classes and fixed bookings. Staff check attendance, add clients, sell and assign passes, and see each client's pass, payment status and history. When someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist gets the spot automatically. Cancellation windows, no-show fees and booking blocks for unpaid fees are enforced without manual work.

Pricing is simple and grows with the studio: free up to 15 active clients a month, then 3 PLN per active client, capped at 299 PLN a month. An active client is someone who booked at least one class that month. 30-day free trial, no credit card. Fitro is built for the Polish market and available in Polish and English.
