Flete is back-office software for trucking businesses in Colombia, built for the owner of a single truck as well as for companies with many trucks.

Every expense is checked twice. The driver logs it from a phone, typing the amount or taking a photo of the receipt so AI fills in the data, and reviews it before saving. Then the owner, administrator or accountant approves it. Until then it stays pending, and the trip cannot be settled nor the month closed.

Around that, Flete keeps each trip with its freight, advances, expenses and driver payment; produces the settlement sheet as a PDF; shows what every customer owes; and reports profit per company and per vehicle, month by month and for the year, with exports to Excel. It issues DIAN electronic sales invoices, support documents and notes, and collects supplier e-invoices automatically through the company's own email address. It also shows the RADIAN events of each sales invoice, such as the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance.

Owners, administrators, accountants, partners and drivers each get their own login and role, with per-person permissions and a change history. One account can run several companies or truck partnerships, each with its own books, for owners who have trucks of their own and others in partnership; a partner sees only their own partnership, without being able to change it. Flete runs in the browser on phones and computers, in Spanish.
