Flori overview
What is Flori?
Flori combines CRM and project management for small teams, agencies and freelancers. Customer accounts, contacts, deals and leads sit alongside projects, tasks and documents, helping teams keep the reason for the work connected to the work itself.
A team can organize a client relationship, plan delivery tasks and keep briefs and decisions in the same workspace. This supports everyday workflows such as turning a won deal into an onboarding project, checking who owns the next action and finding the context behind a client request. Client progress pages on eligible paid plans let a team publish selected information for customers to follow and approve.
Flori works without AI. It also offers a hosted MCP server for compatible assistants. OAuth sign-in lets the user choose a workspace or project and the access level. Connected assistants can retrieve context and, with the appropriate access, update records, tasks and documents. Assistant results can be handed back for human review.
The Free plan includes one company, three active projects and 200 customer records. Paid plans add capacity and capabilities. Model usage is billed by the chosen AI provider rather than through Flori AI credits. Current plan details are available on Flori’s pricing page.
