Forux overview
What is Forux?
FORUX is web-based rental property management software built inside an Argentine real estate agency, for agencies, property managers and owners. Each lease is adjusted on its own date with its index (ICL, IPC, UVA, RIPTE or a custom one), with official values synced daily. Collections calculate late fees up to the actual payment date, accept partial payments and carry unpaid debt into the next month. Every payment issues a PDF receipt.
Owner settlements are based on what was actually collected, net of commission, including properties with several owners (one settlement per owner, with their share) and leases in US dollars. Owners and tenants get their own portal. It also includes a cash module, ARCA e-invoicing of the commission and portfolio import.
For agencies that also sell, the Comercial module adds a sales and rentals CRM on the same property record: buyer requests with automatic matching, calendar, appraisals, own website and Mercado Libre.
Monthly plans in Argentine pesos by portfolio size: Inicial (up to 25 properties), Crecimiento (up to 50), Pro (up to 75) and Premium (unlimited). The product is in Spanish and built for Argentina. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
