Foxfind overview

What is Foxfind?

Foxfind is a cloud-based cold outreach platform built for B2B teams and agencies that sell products or services to physical, location-based businesses. It discovers prospects directly from Google Maps using the official Google Places API, with map-area drawing and custom search terms, then applies AI fit scoring to evaluate each prospect's website against the user's offer description. Low-fit leads are filtered out automatically, and every score includes quoted evidence pulled from the prospect's site. Emails and follow-ups are sent from the user's own connected mailbox, keeping replies in a familiar inbox rather than a separate platform.

Foxfind handles the full outreach workflow without manual intervention. After prospects are identified and scored, the platform locates work emails published on each business's website, with an optional owner or GM lookup via a connected Apollo account and a company address fallback. Each cold email includes an AI-generated opening line based on verifiable facts from the prospect's site. Automated follow-up sequences are sent as replies in the same thread on a user-defined schedule, and sequences stop automatically the moment anyone at a prospect company responds. A built-in CRM per agent tracks every company from discovery through reply, and multi-agent support allows each agent to maintain its own targeting, sequence, and mailbox configuration.

Foxfind targets a range of B2B segments including vending and kiosk operators, venue suppliers, local service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security), commercial pest control companies, and marketing agencies pitching to local businesses. Deliverability safeguards include DNS checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), auto-pause on bounces and spam complaints, no tracking pixels, no rewritten links, mailbox warm-up, low daily sending caps, randomised sending gaps, and timezone-based sending windows. Compliance defaults include an opt-out link and business address in every email, with unsubscribes and bounces suppressed automatically. Plans range from solo operators at $49/month to agency tiers at $699/month.
