What is Hoterly?
Hoterly gives hotel teams one shared place to organize daily operations, instead of juggling WhatsApp groups, paper logbooks and spreadsheets.
Departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, management) exchange requests and follow them until they are resolved, with history and notifications. Each shift writes its report, so the next team knows exactly what happened and what is pending. Instructions and daily briefings stay in one place.
Housekeeping prepares the day from a PMS data import and assigns rooms automatically. Maintenance teams run preventive maintenance boards; managers track internal audits, regulatory compliance deadlines, inventory per department and activity statistics.
Every module can be switched on per hotel and per person. Hoterly works on any phone or computer without installation, in 6 languages (English, French, Romanian, German, Polish, Hungarian).
Each hotel has its own isolated, encrypted database, hosted in the EU and GDPR-compliant.
Hoterly does not replace the PMS: it handles the operational work around it.
