What is IMFINITY CRM?
IMFINITY CRM is built by a real estate agency that has been in the market since 2009 and today employs forty people in Stuttgart, Germany. We still sell, let and manage property every day. Every feature in this system is here because we missed it ourselves.
It is the operating system for an agency. Instead of a listing tool, a contact spreadsheet, a separate phone system and an accounting package, everything sits in one application.
Listings and exposes with AI-generated descriptions. Enquiries from portals and your own website land straight in the pipeline, with buyers, sellers, owners and tenants linked to the property they belong to. AI calling qualifies leads. Deals, commission splits, invoices and expenses. Calendar and viewings with iCal. Contract forms signed on screen. Open REST API and white label under your own domain.
Interface in 27 languages, hosted in Frankfurt, GDPR compliant. A currency converter uses European Central Bank daily rates.
Stated plainly: portal feeds and contract templates follow German law, and statutory commission limits are implemented for Germany and Austria. Everything else works independently of country.
