Pros
I have only used it a short time and building my clients but from my experience so far it’s a great system and helpful for my business. Tech support is awesome to work with.
Top Producer is a great CRM that can link to your listings, automatically email clients, set client anniversary dates & touches, just an overall excellent CRM to help with transactions.
But once you do it's easy and customer support has been great and always walks me through whatever issue I'm having. I like all the features and reports and how it connects with my gmail account.
Cons
The cost of TP and the lack of updates and integrations have been disappointing over the years.
Was talked into it by my mentor and now I sit here, 6 months in, and unable to cancel my subscription.
Frustrating at first due to no training and everything is online. At my age I need more of a one on one or classroom type setting for learning.

Pros

I have used Top Producer for several years. I have gone back and forth with trying new CRMs and I always come back to Top Producer. It has absolutely everything in there that I need to run my real estate business. I especially love the action plans I can have for both sellers and buyers so no steps are missed.

Cons

The only con is it may have too many features. I definitely do not use all of them.

Keeps me organized!

Great.

Pros

I gave Top Producer 3 stars for ease of use because it does take some time to learn the platform and get everything in place and running. But once you do it's easy and customer support has been great and always walks me through whatever issue I'm having. I like all the features and reports and how it connects with my gmail account. Great way to track your pipeline and stay on top of your prospects and past clients.

Cons

Sometimes there are miscellaneous features I wish it had that come to mind when in the program, but can't think of any at this very moment. Nothing to the point of wanting to switch to another CRM. I do wish it was a little cheaper each month of course. : )

Sad Decline of a Once-Great company - STAY AWAY

15+ years ago it was fantastic. Service started really dropping off by 2021. By 2022 we now have daily down time (they know about it because they openly admit to in in their emails in response to our service requests), no way to speak to a live person, and REALLY slow response times. They're cutting services, reducing usage, losing functionality....all while raising their user fees and no longer even speaking to their customers. Actively looking for a better option ASAP.

Pros

I used to like how easy the software was to use....it USED to be top-of-the-line software for those of us in the real estate business.

Cons

1. No live help (their "live chat" has never actually been helpful) 2. WAY too much down time. 3. When you try to get help with one version that's down, they try to get you to switch/upgrade to a different version of their software. 4. Fewer and fewer things function properly. 5. VERY slow online support; ZERO billing support. ZERO phone support.

The CRM of all CRMs

My experience with top producer has been absolutely wonderful. Their leadership and development teams are highly interactive with users. Their product support team not only provides solutions but rep follows up and reach out to make sure you got taken care of!

Pros

The Follow Up coach system and the Product Support Team

Cons

Some features are out of date but the company is beta testing a great new version that I love!

Using Top Producer

As I stated before, I enjoyed using Top Producer as a single agent and now with a team, it serves us well.

Pros

I have been using Top Producer for more than 20 years and I like how it keeps all my clients organized.

Cons

I think it got too robust. There is way too many things that are in the software that I don't use. It woukd be best if they had different levels of users instead if one size fits all.
