Users can also manage individual customer pricing, maintain sell prices based on profit margin, and manage customer net pricing, vendor rebated costs, and rebate load. With the built-in CRM functionality, wholesale distributors gain a 360° view of department-specific operations, track detailed contact engagement, identify growth opportunities, and resolve business issues with live reporting. Role-specific dashboards and drill-down reporting capabilities provide deep insight into key business metrics and offer complete operational and financial awareness.
