Inmob360 overview
What is Inmob360?
Inmob360 is a real estate platform built in Brazil for independent agents (corretores) and real estate agencies (imobiliárias). It puts listings, leads, marketing and AI in a single dashboard, available on the web and in free Android and iPhone apps.
AI that does the work
ARIA, the assistant inside the dashboard, takes instructions by text or voice. The agent describes a property and sends the photos, and ARIA creates the listing with title and description, ready for review. ARIA also edits listings, reorders photos, adjusts prices in bulk and creates, measures, pauses and ends paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, always asking for confirmation before any spending.
Sherlock answers buyers on the agent's own WhatsApp Business number at any hour. It understands voice notes and photos, replies by voice, sends listing photos and links, scores each lead from 0 to 100 and hands the conversation over to the agent for the visit and the negotiation.
Listings everywhere
Listings are published through an XML feed to ZAP Imóveis, VivaReal, OLX and Chaves na Mão (an active account on each portal is required). AI import brings existing listings from other portals by link, PDF, Chrome extension or the agent app, so agents do not retype their portfolio.
Leads and website
A lead CRM with no contact limit and a five-stage pipeline keeps every contact linked to the listing and the source it came from. Each agent gets a website, with a custom domain on paid plans, plus trackable QR codes for signs and printed material and AI virtual staging for photos of empty rooms.
Pricing
A permanent free plan includes up to 3 active listings. Paid plans start at R$ 99.90 per month (Pro) and R$ 199.90 per month (Premium, with Sherlock), and agency plans start at R$ 249.90 per month. Billing is monthly with no lock-in. AI features use credits.
