What is IRIS?
IRIS by The Big Data Company forecasts the annual revenue of a candidate store location, with an 80% prediction interval on every forecast, validated out-of-sample on your own stores before you sign. It maps who a site can reach by drive time and travel mode, measures demand in the catchment, and shows how an opening, relocation or closure affects your existing network. REST API and MCP server included. Data is built and hosted in the EU.
