The platform is offered in two configurations. The Professional edition delivers full-featured harbor management with permanent berth and seasonal contract administration, direct debit invoicing, automated dunning, accounting integration, crane and slip scheduling, winter storage administration, camping and boat charter modules, and a customer-facing portal for online booking and payment. The QR system edition serves day visitors via QR codes posted at berths that allow independent scanning, booking and payment. Occupancy status is updated in real time with color-coded indicators for available, reserved and maintenance statuses. An interactive harbor map and a drag-and-drop reservation calendar provide graphical berth assignments and support calendar exports for Google and Outlook. The invoicing module generates GoBD compliant invoices and reminders. Crane operations can be scheduled with mast stepping and launch lists. Winter storage bookings and camping reservations are managed with occupancy overviews and automatic confirmations. Boat charter management includes fleet presentation, availability tracking, booking requests, customer reviews, and customizable charter agreements. The guest portal is a progressive web application that allows boaters to search available berths, make reservations and process payments without installing a native application. A single registration enables bookings across all harbors connected to the system. Unique QR codes at each berth support self-service bookings and payments around the clock. Payment options include iDEAL, Stripe, PayPal and EC card, with funds directed to harbor accounts. Booking confirmations, invoice generation and payment reminders are issued automatically in the guest’s selected language.

The system runs entirely in the cloud and is accessible via modern web browsers on desktop and mobile devices with optional progressive web application installation. No local servers or software installations are required. An enterprise level API supports integrations, calendar exports and accounting system interfaces via CSV and XML formats.
