jaah law overview

What is jaah law?

jaah law is cloud-based law firm management software that consolidates core legal workflows into a single system. Case management, consultation management, contract management, enforcement and execution tracking, billing, and accounting are all handled within one platform, accessible via web browser on a per-user, per-month subscription. Target users are law firms and legal consultancy offices of any size, operating in GCC countries (billed in SAR) or internationally (billed in USD).

jaah law includes a built-in accounting module with country-specific charts of accounts and tax configurations. E-invoicing is integrated directly into this module, with direct submission to tax authority platforms in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Serbia, plus conditional support for Egypt, Kenya, Turkey, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Croatia. Invoices can originate from any matter type — cases, consultations, contracts, or enforcement files — and follow a consistent confirmation and submission path. Where local rules require it, invoices include QR codes, digital signing, and chaining. Delivery to clients is available by email, client portal, or WhatsApp without a separate export step.

jaah law addresses country-specific e-invoicing compliance models, including both clearance and reporting frameworks, per local regulatory requirements. The client portal gives clients direct access to their matter information, reducing administrative back-and-forth. Firms operating across multiple jurisdictions benefit from a single system that adapts billing and accounting configurations to local rules rather than requiring separate tools per country.
