What is Jemalys Rondes?
Jemalys Rondes replaces paper checklists for inspection rounds. On a phone, the operator follows the round place by place by scanning QR codes, enters readings that are checked against thresholds, adds photos and signs with a finger. If there is no network, the answers are stored on the phone and sent automatically when the connection comes back. Every round produces a PDF sheet filed by week, anomalies are tracked until they are solved, and managers get a planning, statistics, charts and a PDF report, with Telegram alerts, backups and a USB copy.
The software runs on a Windows PC of the company (on-premise) and is used through a web browser on the local network. Data stays on the company's PC. One-time licence of 349 € excl. VAT per site, no subscription. A free online demo lets you browse the real software with fictitious data. Interface in French.
