What is JetInspect?
JetInspect is home inspection software built so inspectors can finish the report on site, not at home that night.
Take a photo or video and describe what you see. Built-in AI searches a 1,300+ observation library and suggests matching comments, with the location filled in. One tap adds the finding to the right section. The AI runs on the device, works with no signal, and can be turned off. A dataplate reader captures make, model, and serial, estimates the year, and checks for CPSC recalls.
Reports publish as interactive web pages with a one-click PDF in two branded designs. A web editor lets you finish at the office.
Scheduling, online booking, reminders, signed agreements, and card payments are built in. Firms get automatic job assignment and team reports.
$20 per inspector per month with a 30-day free trial. Office staff are free, and 4-point and wind mitigation apps are included.
