What is JobbOn?
JobbOn helps Swedish construction and trade businesses manage projects from the first quote to final invoicing.
The platform combines project management, time and material reporting, task management, documents, checklists, quotes, change orders (ÄTA), customer communication and invoicing in one easy-to-use system.
With the JobbOn mobile app, employees can report working hours and materials, access project information, manage tasks and upload photos and documents directly from the job site. Office users get a clear overview of ongoing and planned projects and the information reported from the field.
Quotes and change orders can be shared digitally with customers through the customer portal, while integrations with Fortnox and Spiris (Visma) connect JobbOn with existing accounting workflows.
JobbOn is designed primarily for small Swedish construction companies and trades such as builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and groundworkers. The focus is on keeping everyday administration simple rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
