The front office records enquiries and admissions; the accounts desk collects school, transport and hostel fees at one counter and prints the school's own receipts; teachers mark attendance, enter marks and publish report cards; and the principal sees attendance, admissions and library circulation on one dashboard.
Beyond the core, it covers timetable and substitution, homework, transport routes with bus GPS, hostel, library, certificates and ID cards, staff HR and payroll with Tally export, and notices to parents on WhatsApp, SMS and email. Role-based access, approvals, an audit log and backups protect school data.
The software runs in the cloud, with Android apps for administrators, staff and parents. Pricing is published per student per year, and the team in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, handles setup, data migration and training in Hindi or English.
