It's also why they ask for videos of everything, so they can constantly fix the next broken feature.

I have used their AI integration a few times since it is part of a more expensive plan, but it offers several advantages and conveniences for call summaries and note-taking, as well as various interesting data points.

There is no way to speak to a real person by phone—you’re routed to an AI agent and then disconnected.

That should never be necessary for a paying customer, especially one who’s been with the company for years. Because of the lack of support and follow-through, I will be cancelling my services.

My least favorite thing about JustCall are the bugs and the phone service isn't always the most reliable.

The SMS automation through Justcall has enhanced our ability to stay connected with our clients while saving us time and resources.

JustCall refused to refund the full amount, offering only a pro rata refund for the unused months.

At times the quality of the calls becomes choppy.

I don't know how hard to customize features but the management has been working on update/customize features over the course and I think JustCall has provided suitable features that our organization needs.

The support team is from another country, and it is only possible to communicate with them in English.
