The only downside I've found is that closed captions need to remain on for the tool to work properly. If they're turned off, the tool stops transcribing and the ability to make notes can be lost.

A good start at what could be a powerful meeting assistant.

After 12 hours of subscribing, I switched to Otter, and asked for a refund of my $200. They denied my request despite barely even using their broken software.

Concerns I had about client confidentiality have been addressed promptly and  and I have been given a very high level of care by the development team. It has been very hands-on.

This is very good, easy to use software, especially for something so new to the market. Other similar tools seem to be overly complicated.

Laxis has made note taking a thing of the past - I can focus totally on my clients and what they are sharing. I have found customer service to be of a high quality.

This means if I miss anything key during a conversation, I can always count on Laxis to let me know what I missed.

It automatically turned on if you are in a meeting. Easy to use because of that.

It is simple to use and the notes I get back are wonderful, useful and actionable. Customer support has been amazing, very responsive.

The new notes feature where you can change the format of the notes entirely with a click of the button (change templates) is outstanding. And the Zapier integration is great.

I guess the only drawback is that you need to pay (more) attention to the meeting and decide why category to place the comments. This mind juggling can be disconcerting.
