Leaguer is cloud-based hockey league management software built for adult recreational and community leagues of up to 20 teams. Accessible via web browser with no app installation required for administrators or players, each league receives a hosted website at a leaguer.co subdomain or a custom domain, with public-facing pages for schedules, scores, standings, stats, rules, contacts, sponsors, documents, history, champions, and awards.

An AI assistant accelerates league setup by reading uploaded files including Excel, Numbers, OpenDocument, CSV, PDF, photos, text files, and saved web pages, as well as natural-language descriptions, to draft teams, rosters, venues, games, staff, and officials. Drafts are fully reviewable before any data is saved. The assistant handles up to 400 players or 300 games per step, asks clarifying questions when details are incomplete, and supports re-drafting on correction. For leagues preferring manual entry, CSV import is available for both players and schedules.

Operational tools cover the full league lifecycle: season, division, team, venue, official, and staff management; role-based access for owners, admins, managers, and members scoped to their own teams; digital waiver signing with version tracking; suspension tracking; fee tracking per season, player, or team with position-based pricing and support for e-transfer, cash, cheque, or custom payment links without processing payments or taking a cut of player fees. A round-robin schedule builder supports 2 to 20 teams with preview. Live game sheets track goals, assists, penalties, shots, saves, and clock, with player check-in, referee and coach signatures, internal notes, and live public game page updates. Player and goalie stats and standings update automatically on game end with configurable tie-breakers.
