What is Levy Guestpass?
Levy Guestpass gives carsharing hosts and direct rental fleets time-gated, phone-verified vehicle access. Hosts create a pass in Levy Fleets, verify the guest by SMS, complete the final ID gate, and allow unlock, lock, or locate controls only during the trip window. Commands route through Smartcar/OEM, Uconnect, Linka, or supported hardware. OTP attempts, denied and successful commands, provider failures, revocations, and support overrides are logged. Guests also see pickup and physical-key fallback instructions when remote access is unavailable.
