Lexyno overview

What is Lexyno?

Personal injury attorneys spend 8-10 hours per case turning 500 to 2,000 pages of medical records, billing summaries, and police reports into a single demand letter — and every hour spent formatting is an hour not spent on strategy.

Lexyno runs on a four-stage pipeline: Draft, Coherence, Validation, and POV. Intake documents are processed through hybrid parsing (text-layer extraction plus vision-based reading for scanned or image-based pages), which converts unstructured records into structured medical events — diagnoses, treatments, dates, and billed amounts, each tagged with the exact source page it came from.

The Fact-Lock architecture assembles the letter exclusively from these tagged facts. If a claim can't be traced to a tagged source, it's flagged before the letter is ever generated — hallucination is prevented at the architecture level, not filtered out after the fact. The result is an 18-section demand letter covering everything from the incident narrative to the final settlement demand.

Each generated letter comes with two evaluation reports: an Attorney POV report scoring the letter's persuasiveness and readiness, and an Insurer POV report simulating how a claims adjuster will read it — surfacing unsupported figures, missing documentation, or weak causation arguments before the letter is sent. A chronological medical summary is generated alongside the letter for case review.

Lexyno currently operates as a standalone web platform, with no case-management integrations or public API available at this time. It processes up to 600 pages per case on its Professional plan, with additional volume billed incrementally rather than capped. It is built specifically for small personal injury firms — 1 to 5 attorneys — running dozens of active cases at once, as an alternative to enterprise-only legal AI vendors that require high-volume contracts.
