What is LinkPilot?
LinkPilot is a secure link management platform for individuals, teams, agencies, and enterprises. It unifies short-link creation, click analytics, secret sharing, and branded link infrastructure in a single workspace - with one core promise: control your links after you send them.
Branded short links run on your own custom domains (provisioned via Cloudflare for SaaS) with real-time geo/device/referrer analytics and bot-vs-human filtering. Secret links expire on a schedule or self-destruct after one read, optionally passphrase-protected with client-side hashing - no signup required to send or receive, and secret contents are never used for analytics, profiling, or retargeting. Dynamic QR codes, a UTM builder, link collections, and link-level expiration rules are built in.
For technical teams, Rule Studio enables conditional routing by device, location, and time with a simulator and shadow-mode testing, Trust Passport scores destinations 0-100 and locks them against post-send swaps, and every paid plan includes a key-based REST API and webhooks.
Agencies get a multi-tenant console managing up to 100 isolated client workspaces with white-label branding, cross-client analytics, branded PDF reports, and rolled-up billing. Team workspaces support role-based access control with 5 roles.
The Free plan is permanent: 50 links, 1,000 clicks/mo, 1 custom domain, no credit card. Paid plans are flat-rate from $29/mo, billed monthly.
