Made For Law overview

What is Made For Law?

Made For Law is a legal calculator and lead generation platform that assists law firms in converting website visitors into pre-qualified client leads. The platform is designed to reduce intake call duration and filter unqualified prospects by capturing detailed case information before initial consultations. It targets solo practitioners and small to midsize law firms across all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The solution supports integration with a range of website environments including WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom HTML.

The core functionality centers on fifty embeddable legal fee calculators spanning eleven practice areas such as estate and probate, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, real estate, employment law, immigration, criminal law, elder law and landlord-tenant matters. The suite comprises twenty-six advanced calculators with lead capture capabilities and twenty-four basic calculators for instant estimates. Each calculator relies on formulas derived from state statutes, court fee schedules and government data rather than artificial intelligence estimations. County-level court fees and surcharges for more than three thousand counties are incorporated into probate, executor fee and filing fee calculators. Annual audits verify statutory thresholds and fee schedules while automated testing validates calculator accuracy and an open corrections system supports public error reporting.

Advanced calculators collect visitor information including name, email address, phone number, case details, estate values, jurisdiction and calculator type before delivering data to law firms through email notifications and a centralized dashboard. The dashboard displays lead volume, case values and conversion trends by calculator and jurisdiction and includes beta-stage features for assessing case complexity, generating jurisdiction-specific document checklists with form references and producing structured intake summaries. Artificial intelligence operations are confined to the dashboard environment, strip personally identifiable information server-side before processing and do not calculate fees, provide legal advice, predict case outcomes or interact with website visitors.

Branded PDF reports are available for select calculators and offer clients downloadable cost breakdowns in standard, detailed and compact layout styles with firm branding, contact information, optional QR codes, itemized fee components, process timelines, complexity indicators and next step suggestions. Firms may customize calculator presentation through brand color palette scanning, logo uploads, custom disclaimer text, fullscreen expand mode and shareable calculator links with QR code generation. Integration with customer relationship and practice management systems is facilitated through Zapier to platforms such as Clio, MyCase, Salesforce, HubSpot, PracticePanther, Pipedrive, Lawmatic, Slack, Zoho, Monday.com and thousands of additional applications while enterprise clients may employ webhook connections for custom integration requirements. The platform operates as a software service provider rather than a law firm, does not provide legal advice and requires verification of estimates with official sources and licensed attorneys before legal or financial decision making.
