MainBook overview
What is MainBook?
MainBook converts PDF and scanned bank statements into structured Excel, CSV, and JSON files. Using AI, it extracts every transaction — dates, descriptions, amounts, running balances, and currency — from statements issued by banks in many countries, then checks the totals against the statement to flag any mismatch. Multiple files, or whole folders, can be processed in one batch and merged into a single export, which is useful for reconciling several accounts or long date ranges at once. Uploads are protected with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, and documents are removed automatically after ninety days. MainBook is priced per page with no recurring subscription, and conversion credits carry over indefinitely.
