It drafts season plans week by week from the coach's dates, meets, and targets; writes training sessions in the club's own shorthand learned from prior seasons; logs attendance from a single sentence; reads times from a whiteboard photo; drafts parent emails and athlete reports; and answers plain-language questions about pacing, stroke rates, attendance, and training load against a database of 300,000-plus real race benchmarks.
