Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Menso overview
What is Menso?
Menso is a cloud-based AI usability testing tool designed for small SaaS teams without dedicated UX researchers. An AI agent, assigned a persona, operates a real cloud browser to complete a user-defined task on a live website. Each test run produces a step-by-step replay of every action taken, accompanied by think-aloud narration at each step, giving teams a direct view of where a user flow breaks down before real users encounter it. No participant recruitment is required; results are available immediately after a test is initiated.
Menso uses a structured scoring system called TRACES, a composite 0-100 score calculated across six weighted dimensions, each accompanied by a written reason. This provides a repeatable, benchmarkable measure of usability across test runs. Two run modes are available: Fast test (40 credits) for quick checks and Deep test (300 credits) for more thorough evaluation. Max-plan subscribers also receive a full written report per run. A hosted MCP server supports integration with coding assistant workflows, making the tool accessible directly within AI-assisted development environments.
Pricing is credit-based. A free tier grants 100 credits on signup and 20 credits per daily login, allowing teams to begin testing without upfront cost. Credit packs are available for one-time purchase (300 credits for $9.99; 1,000 credits for $19.99), and subscription plans include Pro at $29/month (1,800 credits) and Max at $69/month (6,000 credits). The platform targets SaaS products and is suited to teams that need fast, structured usability signal on a live site without the overhead of traditional user research.
