Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Método X overview
What is Método X?
Método X is Spanish-language software for personal trainers and online fitness coaches. Coaches manage client profiles, training programmes, nutrition and progress in one workspace; clients use a web app with their coach’s branding. Standard paid subscriptions start at EUR 14.99 per month for up to five clients.
Training tools include reusable routines, blocks, supersets, per-set RIR targets and weekly scheduling. Nutrition includes recipes built from ingredients, calorie and macro calculations, ingredient substitutions and editable copies for each client. Coaches can review recorded workouts, habits, charts and reports. Estimated 1RM is distinguished from records of weights actually lifted.
Método X runs in a browser on mobile, tablet and desktop. The client web app can be added to the home screen; it is not a separate native app published in an app store. Custom branding and reports are included in Pro and Studio.
Standard monthly billing is EUR 14.99 for Starter (up to 5 clients), EUR 59.99 for Pro (up to 50) and EUR 99.99 for Studio (up to 100). Optional annual billing is paid upfront: EUR 155.88, EUR 599.88 and EUR 959.88 per year, respectively.
The standard free trial lasts one month and does not require a payment card. It is a time-limited trial, not a free-forever plan for new accounts. After the trial, coaches choose a paid subscription for their client capacity and features. Coaches manage their own clients’ payments manually; those payments are separate from their Método X subscription.
