With Auto-plan, Mileon fills open routes with suitable drivers and vehicles in one pass, checking contract hours, rest periods, absences, preferred routes, vehicle class and licence class. The fleet module tracks MOT, safety inspections, service, workshop appointments, fuel cards, scanners and damages. Staff records remind you of licence checks, trainings, contract ends and work permits. Works across multiple sites, in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android.
