Every member gets one profile that holds their preferences, family details, important dates and request history, so anyone on the team can pick up where a colleague left off. Your team keeps texting and emailing from the phones and inboxes they already use. MyRolodex syncs every conversation to the right member, opens the request and routes it to the right concierge. Intelligent insights suggest what each member needs next, and nothing is sent until someone on your team says yes. Requests, vendors and billing live together, so commission is logged on every booking and dues, pass-through costs and fees reach the member on one statement. Members see their plans and confirmations in an app with your name on it, and invitations go to the right members based on what they like. Generic CRMs are built for sales pipelines. MyRolodex is built for long-term relationships with a small number of very demanding members.
