Booking pages are hosted on a practice subdomain or embedded within an existing practice website, with all data hosted on AWS. Setup for online booking takes approximately one week, and practice websites are delivered within seven days of onboarding.

The platform includes VetScribe, an AI scribe trained on veterinary medicine that listens to consultations in the background, transcribes audio, and structures output into SOAP, DAP, or full clinical narrative formats using veterinary-specific drug names, breed names, and condition terminology. Each session's audio and transcript are stored securely on AWS with TLS 1.2 encryption.
