Nexora Recon is a cloud-based web application designed for accounting and bookkeeping firms that manage multiple QuickBooks Online client companies. An AI agent reconciles clients' bank and credit card statements against QuickBooks Online every morning, identifies discrepancies by category, and proposes entries with payee and category pre-filled for team approval. Nothing is posted to QuickBooks without explicit approval. The platform connects to each client's QuickBooks Online account with a single click, requires no installation for the firm or its clients, and works across all QuickBooks Online plans, including Simple Start and Essentials.

Nexora Recon provides a cross-client dashboard that surfaces reconciliation status, missing statements, and open items for every client company simultaneously, eliminating the need to open individual QuickBooks files.
