Nexus overview

What is Nexus?

Nexus helps hiring teams screen large volumes of applications without losing the ability to explain their choices.

You describe the role or paste an existing job ad, and Nexus drafts the posting with you. Candidates apply through a public link, with no account to create. Nexus reads each CV (PDF, Word or text) and structures it: skills, experience, education, availability.

You choose which applicants to score, and see the cost before anything runs. Each candidate receives a match score made of five criteria with fixed weights: skills (30%), semantic fit (25%), experience (20%), location (15%) and a consistency review by a language model (10%). Four of the five are computed in code and are fully reproducible. Every score is broken down on screen, with each required skill marked as confirmed by the CV or still to verify.

Nexus does not make hiring decisions. Three steps always require a person: approving the hiring need, approving the job ad, and approving rejections. Rejection emails are drafted for a recruiter to approve; Nexus never sends them itself.

Fairness is tested, not assumed. Names, photos and contact details are kept out of every evaluation. Paired CVs that differ only by gender, origin suggested by the name, age, place of residence or CV language are scored against the same job, with a limit of 3 points out of 100. In our latest run with real model calls (October 2026), the largest gap was 1 point for personal attributes and 2 points for CV language. These tests use synthetic profiles; they are not an independent audit, and the full reports are available on request.

Every action is recorded: who opened which application, when, what was decided, and which model produced each automated step. The log can be exported. Candidates can have their data erased on request, and you set how long applications are kept. Application data is stored in the European Union, and CV files are encrypted.

The interface is available in English and French. Pilots run for 8 to 12 weeks on one or two open roles, on an instance dedicated to your organization.
