NodePoint POS is a cloud-based, offline-first point of sale and business management platform serving retail, restaurant, hotel, and accounting operations across Kenya and East Africa. Available on web, Android, and iOS, it is licensed per module with unlimited users and devices per licence, making it suited to single-location businesses and multi-branch operations alike. The Restaurant POS adds table management, kitchen display, order routing, and split billing. Hotel Management includes a tape chart, guest folios, housekeeping tracking, automated night audit, and reservation management. The Accounts and Books module provides a double-entry ledger, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and payroll. All modules operate offline, with transactions cached on-device and synced automatically when connectivity returns, keeping receipt numbers in sequence throughout. Native M-Pesa STK push is supported using the operator's own Daraja credentials. KRA eTIMS compliance is handled automatically via DigiTax integration, with invoice signing, KRA receipt numbers, and QR payloads printed on every receipt, and VAT split applied to every document.

NodePoint POS provides real-time stock movement tracking across branches with a named user recorded per movement, centralized control of pricing, permissions, and supply chain updates, and multi-currency support across 12 currencies. Granular Row Level Security (RLS) and encrypted server backups isolate each business in its own data space. All data is exportable via CSV at any time, including after a subscription lapses. A 7-day free trial is available, with trial data carrying over into the active subscription.
