NotaryBoard is notary scheduling and dispatch software for title agencies. It does not supply notaries — agencies invite and manage their own. (Sister company 247 Closers is a signing service that does supply notaries.)

It replaces the daily scramble of phoning and texting notaries just to find out who's free — showing an agency the real, live availability of the notaries they already work with, and letting them dispatch a signing request the notary accepts from their phone.

The problem it solves

Coordinating mobile signings is blind work. Title agents call and text around a roster of notaries with no idea who's actually available, losing hours per closing and risking missed signing windows. NotaryBoard turns that into a single availability board and a one-tap dispatch.

How it works

• Notaries connect their existing calendar. NotaryBoard reads free/busy only — never event titles, details, or attendees.

• Agencies see every connected notary's live availability on one board, filterable by coverage area (state and county).

• Dispatch a signing to one notary or a filtered pool. Notaries accept or decline from their phone. First to accept wins, and an automatic hold is written to that notary's calendar.

• Signings are handled as itineraries, not one-hour events: NotaryBoard accounts for signing duration plus travel and handling buffers, with pickup from a chosen agency office.
