Novasoft UAE E-Invoicing for Business Central is a cloud-based extension that adds UAE FTA e-invoicing compliance directly to an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant. It hooks the standard Sales Invoice, Sales Credit Memo, and Prepayment posting routines to emit PINT AE XML in the background, transmit documents to the FTA through a pre-approved Accredited Service Provider (Taxilla) over the Peppol network, and log every transaction for the UAE 5-year retention requirement. No changes to the existing Business Central environment or finance team workflows are required, and no parallel ERP or spreadsheet workarounds are introduced.

Novasoft UAE E-Invoicing for Business Central targets UAE-based businesses running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that fall within the FTA e-invoicing mandate, including Phase 1 businesses with annual revenue at or above AED 50 million (mandatory from 1 January 2027) and Phase 2 businesses (mandatory from 1 July 2027). Applicable industries include multi-entity groups, retail, distribution, and food and beverage operators. Cross-Gulf groups operating in both UAE and KSA can run this extension alongside NOVAZATCA within a single Business Central tenant. The standard rollout spans 8 to 14 weeks across four stages: Assessment, Design, Implementation, and Go-Live.

Inbound supplier PINT AE invoices are received over the Peppol network and parsed directly into Business Central AP with header and line data ready for PO matching and posting. Every transmit, acknowledgement, and inbound receipt is logged with a timestamp and UUID, filterable by TRN, customer, or period, and exportable on demand for FTA audit requests.
