On the business management side, Nuptial covers the full client lifecycle: lead tracking, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and payments. Planning and coordination features include timeline building, budget tracking, guest list management, vendor management, and task tracking. A branded client portal gives couples direct access to their wedding dashboard, vendor approvals, and planner communication. Day-of coordination is supported through real-time timeline sharing with vendors, with instant updates propagated across all vendor schedules when changes occur. Automations are included on all plans, and higher tiers unlock custom branding and white-label client portal options.
Nuptial serves independent wedding planners managing a small annual caseload as well as established planning firms with multiple coordinators, supported by team roles and permissions. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
