Getting data out of Microsoft Project is a weekly job: the Monday review, the sponsor's question, the figure somebody needs before a meeting. Done by hand, the columns come out slightly different every time, and the report or the import that worked last week quietly breaks.

OneClickExporter for Microsoft Project is a Windows application that reads .mpp files directly, with no Microsoft Project installed, and writes the plan as a clean set of files:

• Projects, tasks, assignments, resources and milestones, each in its own CSV: the shape a data model wants, not one flat sheet.

• Earned value on the project header and a time-phased daily curve per project, so the S-curve is a chart, not a calculation.

• Assignments and resource availability distributed across days and weeks, to read cost, work and over-allocation over time.

• Master plans with subprojects and shared resource pools consolidated into one coherent dataset, or a whole folder of plans read as one.

• A governance scorecard per project: last save and author, status date, baseline taken or not, tasks that should have started, tasks with no links, hard constraints, resources with no rate.

• Delimiter, encoding and date format chosen to suit the receiver; JSON and an Excel workbook next to the CSVs.

The columns never move: the output is checked byte for byte against reference files, so the same plan always exports the same way and dashboards are refreshed, not rebuilt. A command-line version, included in the licence, runs the same export from Windows Task Scheduler with exit codes a scheduler can read.
