Opspot is security operations software built for small and mid sized security teams that need simple, reliable tools to manage guards, patrols, and reporting.
Guards use a mobile app to complete patrol tours, scan QR codes or NFC checkpoints, submit incident reports, and trigger emergency alerts when needed. Supervisors and operations managers use a web dashboard to monitor activity in real time, review completed patrols, and generate reports.
Opspot is designed to be easy for guards in the field and practical for operations teams. Most guards can use the system with little to no training. Activity data, incidents, and location history are captured automatically, reducing paperwork and improving accountability.
