What is Ordex?
Ordex helps cleaning companies run their whole operation from one place, both from the office and from each worker's phone. Manage unlimited clients and sites, assign teams and shifts, and respect local holidays with work calendars per site. The worker app (with offline mode) handles geolocated clock-in, daily route, checklists, before/after photos, client-signed work reports, holidays, announcements and payslips. Managers get incident tracking, scheduled quality inspections, key control, planned vs. contracted hours, absence and lateness alerts and profitability per site. Invoices are generated from data already recorded and are VeriFactu-ready. Optional CRM module for quotes and site measurements with automatic hour calculation. AI features create incidents from voice notes or WhatsApp and write monthly client summaries. Transparent per-user pricing, billed monthly with no commitment.
