Orpheus answers two questions most offices can't: how many people really use each floor and room, and why the meeting rooms are always "booked" yet half empty.

Occupancy and space utilisation

Ceiling sensors that record no images count people by floor, zone and meeting room, hour by hour. Space shows it live and over time: the peak of each day, the floors and rooms that sit empty, comfort (CO₂, temperature, humidity, noise) and monthly reports for leadership. Workplace and Real Estate teams use it to decide how many desks, rooms and floors they need, with real use instead of badge swipes, bookings or Wi-Fi estimates.

Meeting room booking that adapts to real use

Meet adds a screen at each room's door, synced with Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Teams) and Google Workspace. With a sensor in the room, meetings check in by themselves, bookings nobody shows up for are released after ten minutes, a group that walks into a free room gets it booked, a meeting that ends early frees the room, and each invite gets the room that fits its size. People book on the spot or extend at the door.

Screen sharing in the room

Cast turns each room's screen into wireless screen sharing: a USB-C dongle puts your laptop on screen or in the video call. While the room is free, the screen shows the day's meetings and announcements from your Workplace team.

Also included

Comfort alerts with a work order in your CMMS, staff canteen occupancy in real time (Cafe), an open API to take the data to your BMS or BI tools, and an MCP server to ask Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini Enterprise about your office.

Deployment

No building work and nothing on your network: wireless sensors and our own LTE hub. Our team plans the installation with you and helps you read the data. Used by Roche, Bayer, SEAT:CODE and other large companies across Europe, including the UK.
