It enables organizations to track and manage employee computer activity while maintaining complete control over data storage and security. The solution operates through a local deployment model with a Manager Server component installed on an administrator workstation and lightweight client applications deployed across employee workstations. Real time screen monitoring functionality allows simultaneous viewing of multiple employee screens and supports historical screen activity playback for auditing and review. Live webcam viewing capabilities provide additional workplace awareness. Website and application monitoring features track browsing history and enforce acceptable use policies by blocking or allowing specific websites and applications. Chat logging functionality captures communications across platforms such as WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, WeChat, Line and Skype and violation alerts notify administrators when restricted resources are accessed.
USB control and data loss prevention features enable management of external device access by blocking unknown USB drives, enabling read only mode for approved devices and recording comprehensive file activity logs that track copy, creation, deletion and transfer operations. Automatic backup functionality silently saves important office files to the central server while keyword alert capabilities detect suspicious terms in chats, filenames or user activity. Productivity analysis tools measure time usage on work related versus non work activities and generate detailed reports on website and application usage trends. Remote administration capabilities allow IT staff to manage employee workstations from the Manager Server console and role based access controls permit assignment of permissions for human resources, managerial or IT staff roles.
The deployment model supports local area network operations without internet connectivity or third party integrations and does not require complex web services or database configurations for deployments of fewer than fifty workstations. The client application is under six megabytes to minimize performance impact on employee computers. The software is designed for environments such as Windows eleven, Windows ten and Windows Server deployments. The solution has been tested and whitelisted by leading antivirus providers including Microsoft Defender, Avast, Bitdefender and Symantec and operates entirely within the organization’s network without ongoing cloud subscriptions.
