Palmio overview
What is Palmio?
Palmio is a cloud-based platform, hosted in France, for companies that respond to public tenders. It checks the BOAMP, the TED and buyer profiles every day and gives each tender a relevance score, so that teams spend their time on the tenders that match their business. It also lists the awarded contracts (DECP) and the renewals to come, so that teams can prepare for the markets that reopen.
Once a tender is selected, Palmio analyzes the consultation dossier and drafts the technical memorandum (mémoire technique), the application letter, the DC1, DC2 and DC4 forms, the DUME, the price schedule, the project schedule and the act of commitment. The company library supplies references, résumés, previous memoranda and certificates, and the figures stay consistent from one document to the next.
Before submission, Palmio gives the file a score out of 100 and suggests corrections, and the file exports to PDF or Word. Team follow-up with roles, two-factor authentication and an audit log support collaborative work on every bid.
