Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Papiris overview
What is Papiris?
Papiris is the web-based CRM and transaction software published by Ideeri for real estate agencies. It runs entirely in the browser with no local install, so agents connect from any office or device.
Data sits at the center. Papiris collects the information an agency generates every day, contacts, viewings, calls, listings, mandates, and deals, and holds it in one structured base instead of scattered files and tools. That data is then put to work: it feeds matching, valuation, the sales pipeline, and the agency's public listings, so information entered once is reused everywhere it is relevant.
The contact base holds buyers and sellers together and retains their full history. Automatic matching compares each new property against stored buyer criteria and returns the contacts that fit, so negotiators reach the people actively searching for that profile rather than working a full list.
The advanced valuation tool uses the agency's own data and market references to estimate a property's price. It gives negotiators a documented basis for a listing price during a seller meeting, rather than a figure set by feel, and keeps each estimate on record.
Mandates are created, tracked, and stored in an electronic register, giving every listing agreement a defined status and an auditable history. Each transaction then advances through a sales pipeline that shows deal stage, blockers, and next actions.
Listings publish to more than 200 property portals from a single entry point. A change to a photo, description, or price is made once and propagates across every connected portal, which removes manual re-entry and keeps published data consistent.
Computer telephony integration links incoming calls to the matching contact record, so an agent identifies the caller and logs the exchange in the same place. Calendar integration syncs appointments with Google Calendar, while other calendars receive standard ICS invitations, keeping viewings and meetings in one agenda.
Papiris anchors a connected toolset. Compagnon, the mobile field app for negotiators, provides listings, contacts, and visits on site and documents each viewing as it happens. The Ideeri client app gives buyers and sellers a dedicated space to follow their project. An agency website is included in the subscription and reads from the same data, so online listings stay current without a second entry.
Support runs through a ticketing system, with a named contact during onboarding to guide an agency from setup to daily use.
