PappAI is built around the daily workflow of a nutrition professional, from the first visit to long-term follow-up.

Assessment. Collect anthropometric data, body measurements, health history, goals and dietary habits in a structured patient record. PappAI calculates energy requirements and macronutrient targets automatically from the profile.

Diet planning. Start from an AI-generated draft or from one of your templates, then refine it meal by meal. The AI suggests foods and substitutions that respect the patient's preferences, intolerances and exclusions; allergies and religious constraints are applied as strict filters. Nutritional values come from recognized food composition databases (CREA, USDA, CIQUAL, BEDCA), so every total can be traced back to the source entry instead of being estimated. Every AI draft stays a proposal until you review and approve it.

Follow-up. Patients receive their plan in the PappAI app for iOS and Android, where they keep a food diary, log weight, measurements and progress photos, and get meal reminders. Their data appears on your dashboard in real time, so you can spot adherence issues and adjust the plan between appointments. With the Studio AI plan, meals logged by photo are recognized automatically.

Practice management. Let patients book appointments online, sync your agenda with Google or Outlook Calendar, collect digital GDPR consents, and, for professionals based in Italy, issue electronic invoices through SdI and the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria. Patient payments can be collected through Stripe or SumUp.
